Nationalist Indians unite and fight. The way this anti CAA agitation is progressing, I fear that our country has no hope. People just can't forget their religion and their caste. 3000 castes, 25,000 sub castes in Hindus, then Muslim religion - supposedly having a uniform religion with equality for all - in India, you have Muslim Dalits, OBCs, ditto with Christianity and our govt is extending reservation for all. We have extremely vicious and corrupt minded people who don't want to accept that laws like CAA which are supposed to grant citizenship and for their own political angst against one person and party - these people incite violence in the country and divide the country by spreading false information. People of India have been ruled by foreigners for ages - first by Mughals and then by the British. This has made them "slave minded". Tumhi Raja - amhi praja" mentality. Hence even after Independence, they accepted slavery of the Nehru and Gandhi dynasty. I

I support the CAA The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 was passed by the Parliament of India on 11 December 2019. It amended the Citizenship Act of 1955 by providing a path to Indian citizenship for Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi, and Christian religious minorities from the neighboring Muslim majority countries of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Contrary to what is being falsely spread, the Act has got nothing to do with the Minorities in India.

*STATE GOVT HAVE NO POWER TO REJECT CAA / NRC* State governments have no powers to reject the implementation of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act as the legislation was enacted under the Union List of the 7th Schedule of the Constitution and the National Population Register which is to be carried out next year. The statement came after Chief Ministers of West Bengal, Punjab, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh announced that the CAA was “unconstitutional” and has no place i n their respective States. “The States have no powers to deny implementation of a Central law which is in the Union List,” the Home Ministry official said. There are 97 items under the Union List of the 7th Schedule and they include Defence, External Affairs, Railways, Citizenship and Naturalisation. Referring to the NPR, which will be carried out along with the census exercise next year, the official said no State can refuse to carry out the process as it will be done as per the Citizenship Act. फसवी कर्ज माफी वर्षभरात आधी दुष्काळ, महापूर आणि त्यानंतर अवकाळी पावसामुळे राज्यातल्या शेतकऱ्याचे भयंकर नुकसान झाले आहे. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांची सरसकट कर्जमाफी व्हावी, अशी मागणी गेल्या काही महिन्यांपासून होत होते. महाविकास आघाडीचे सरकार स्थापन झाल्यानंतर मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी शेतकऱ्यांना 2 लाखांपर्यंतची कर्जमाफी जाहीर केली. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांच्या चेहऱ्यावरील चिंता थोडी कमी झाली होती. परंतु हा आनंद क्षणिक ठरला आहे. कारण ही शेतकरी कर्जमाफी म्हणजे शेतकऱ्यांची फसवणूक आहे. महा त्मा जोतिराव फुले शेतकरी कर्जमुक्ती योजना 2019 या योजनेचा शासनादेश काल (27 डिसेंबर) जाहीर करण्यात आला आहे. त्यानुसार 1 एप्रिल 2015 नंतर ज्या शेतकऱ्यांनी अल्प मुदतीचे पीक कर्ज घेतले असेल त्या शेतकऱ्यांचे ते पीक कर्ज पुनर्गठित करुनसुद्धा सप्टेंबर 2019 पर्यंत थकीत असेल तर त्यांना दोन लाखापर्यंत थेट खात्यात मदत देण्यात येणार आहे. याचा अर्थ एप्रिल 2015 पूर्वी ज्यांचे कर्ज असेल त्यांचा या योजनेत समावेश करण्यात आला नाही. म्हणजेच त्यांना कर्जमाफी मिळणार नाही. या शासन आदेशामध्ये क्रमांक पाच वर स्पष्टपणे एक गोष्ट न

What is National Population Register (NPR)? NPR is a register of the usual residents of the country. A usual resident, for the purposes of NPR is defined as a person who has resided in a local area for the past 6 months or more or a person who intends to reside in that area for the next 6 months or more. A local area can be defined by (village/sub-town), sub-district, district, state and national level under provisions of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and the Citizenship (Registration of Citizens and Issue of National Identity Cards).
