How ur bank account with internet banking facility can be hacked? ऐसे हैक हो सकता है आपका बैंक एकाउण्ट- 1 Hacker Facebook से आपका नाम और जन्म तारीख प्राप्त कर लेता है। 2 इस जानकारी को इनकम टैक्स विभाग की साइट पर जाकर update करता हैं और वहां से pancard व मोबाईल नम्बर प्राप्त कर लेता हैं. 3 उसके बाद duplicate pancard बनवा लेता है। 4 फिर police ठाने में mobile  चोरी हो जानेकी सूचना देता है । 5 duplicate pancard लेजाकर mobile company से आपके number का simcard निकलवा लेता हैं. 6 internet banking के माध्यम से आपके बैंक account में छेडछाड करता हैं. 7 बैंक की साइट पर जाकर forgot my password इस option पर जाता हैं. 8 आगे के options  आसानी से पार करते हुए simcard पर Internet banking का pin प्राप्त कर लेता है । जानकारी  साइबर सेल पुणे पोलिस द्वारा. इस पोस्ट को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करें व अपने सभी मित्रों को इसकी जानकारी दें। धन्यवाद.

Super built up / Saleable area ( SBU - सुपर बिल्ट अप एरीआ) -बिल्ट अप एरीआ अधिक लिफ्ट, जिना यांसाठी वापरण्यात आलेली संयुक्त जागा म्हणजे सुपर बिल्ट अप (SBU). साधारणपणे Super built up area बिल्ट अप एरीआच्या २५% ते ३०% जास्त असतो. सध्याचे बिल्डर्स स्थावर मालमत्ता ४०℅ पर्यंत सुपर बिल्टअप एरीआच्या आधारे विकतात. ( मात्र प्रत्यक्षात खरेदी करारावर कार्पेट एरीआचीच नोंद असते.)समजा तुम्ही बिल्डर कडून खरेदी करणार असलेल्या फ्लॅटचा सुपर बिल्ट अप एरीआ १००० चौरस फूट इतका असेल तर प्रत्यक्षात

A person rented his house. The tenant used to feed the street dogs daily. But tenant's intentions were not very honest. He started selling things that belonged to the house, such as its doors, windows, etc. Finally when he started selling the bricks of the house, the landlord could not tolerate and went to the court,  won the case and got the tenant out of the house.
