On this backdrop, the IPL begins from April 9, 2016. 16 matches are planned to be played in 3 Centers of Maharashtra - Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur. Sir ji, it is estimated that roughly 80,000 to 1,00,000 litres per application, are required to maintain a Cricket ground in good condition. Every week one has to have 3 such applications. So, 1 lakh x 3 = 3 lakh litres of water every week x 4 weeks

अपघातग्रस्तांना मदत करणाऱ्यांना त्रास देऊ नका नवी दिल्ली - सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आज अपघातात अडकलेल्यांना मदत करणाऱ्यांना होणारा त्रास थांबविण्यासाठी एक नियमावली मंजूर केली. याबाबत केंद्र सरकारने दिलेल्या सूचना मंजूर करत न्यायमूर्ती व्ही. गोपाळ गौडा यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील खंडपीठाने मदत करणाऱ्या लोकांच्या हिताचा निर्णय घेतला. अपघातग्रस्त व्यक्तीला दवाखान्यात नेल्यानंतर किंवा अपघातस्थळी पोलिसांना पाचारण केल्यानंतर तिथे उपस्थित लोकांना भयानक प्रसंगांना सामोरे जावे लागत असल्याने अनेकजण अपघातग्रस्तांना मदत करणे टाळतात. पोलिसांच्या चौकशीचा ससेमिरा पाठीमागे लागण्याऐवजी मदत न करणेच पसंत करतात, हे थांबावे व अनेकांचा जीव वाचावा यासाठी हा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे. याबाबत "सेव्हलाइफ फाउंडेशन' या स्वयंसेवी संस्थेने जनहित याचिका दाखल करत 2014 मधील अपघातांची संख्याही 2013च्या तुलनेत वाढल्याचे सांगत या मुद्‌द्‌याकडे लक्ष वेधले होते. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आज याबाबत निर्णय देताना अपघातग्रस्त लोकांची मदत करणाऱ्यांना पोलिसांनी चौकशीचा किंवा कायद्याचा बडगा वापरून त्रास देऊ नये, तसेच कोणत्याही स

समाजामध्ये LEADERSHIP दोन प्रकारच्या असतात. १) Image Base Leadership २) Knowledge Base Leadership Image base leadership ही आपल्याला सर्वच ठिकाणी बघायला मिळते. अशा leadership कडं गाडी असते, बंगला असतो आणि चमच्यांचा लवाजमा असतो. असे leader पांढरे शुभ्र कपडे घालतात, डोळ्यावर गॉगल लावतात आणि पांढ-या शुभ्र गाडीतून फिरतात. त्यांच्यामागे मग त्यांचे चमचे, दलाल हुजरेगिरी करतात. अशी leadership समाजात पैशाच्या जोरावर image तयार करतात. परंतू ही Image केवळ एका कुरकु-याच्या पाकीटासारखी असते. ज्यात 90% हवा असते. अशा लिडरशीप पासून समाजाचे कधीही पोट भरत नाही. ते समाजाला कोणतेच हक्क अधिकार मिळवून देऊ शकत नाही कारण त्यांचं स्वत:चंच पोट भरलेलं नसतं ते इतरांचं काय भरणार अन् उपाशीपोटी दुस-यांसाठी काय लढणार..!  Knowledge Base Leadership आपण बघतोच की ही कुठलाही दिखावा करत नाही. समाजात मान-सन्मान मिळावा म्हणून कामंही करत नाही. त्याचं उद्दिष्ट केवळ आणि केवळ आपल्या समाजाच्या हितासाठी कार्यरत राहणे, त्यांच्या हक्काप्रती जागृक राहून त्यांना ते मिळवून देणे, समाजात प्रबोधनात्मक चळवळ निर्माण करणे असे असते. अशी लि

प्रामाणिक लोकांनी एकदा मन लावून वाचाच... ______________________________ कोणत्याही क्षेत्रात कार्यरत असताना जसजशी प्रगती सुरु होते तसतसा छुपा विरोध हा वाढू लागतोच; सुंदर वेलीच्या खोडावर बांडगुळ वाढावा तसा. हा निसर्गाचाच नियम आहे. पण आपल्याला त्याची पुसटशीही कल्पना नसते.  मग तुमची प्रगती डोळ्यात सलते आणि डोक्यात भनाणु लागते तेव्हा कारस्थानांच्या बिया पेरल्या जातात. खुरटय़ा विचारांचे कावळे एकत्र जमू लागतात आणि व्रणार्त शिशूच्या पंखावर चोच मारण्याची संधी शोधू लागतात. मग तुमच्यावर आरोप होतात- गैरव्यवस्थापनाचे,गैरकारभाराचे, भ्रष्टाचाराचे ! तुम्ही भांबावता, हडबडून जाता. कारण हा हल्ला तुम्हाला अपेक्षित नसतो. आणि मग तुम्ही प्रत्युत्तराची तयारी करू लागता. शब्दाला शब्द वाढतात.. त्यांची धार तिखट होते.. विरोधकांना आयते खाद्य मिळते. आणि नेमक्या याच क्षणी तुमच्या हातून आजवर न झालेली गफलत होऊ शकते. सत्यनिष्ठ, प्रामाणिक लोक कामाच्या ओझ्याने दबून जात नाही ; पण मिथ्या आरोपांच्या हल्ल्यामुळे खचून जातात. त्यांच्या आत्मविश्वासाला तडा जातो आणि मग प्रत्युत्तरे देण्याच्या घाईगर्दीत तो आजवर सांभाळलेले संतुल
