Dear Sir,
Sub: Thanksgiving and requesting to beautify a trouble spot opp... our Bldg no. A4-A6
At the outset we would like to thank you for making it convenient to be our Chief Guest to inaugurate the Children’s Park, built by TMC thru Standing committee Chairman Mr. Milind Patankar’s efforts.
Your august presence at the function was indeed a inspiration for the residents of Saket complex and Towers.
Your concept of having ‘Green Corridors’ and citizen’s taking the initiative in keeping their environs clean was very well received by all.
Our Saket Parisar ALM assures you and TMC, our unstinted support in your endeavors.
Thru this letter we would like to draw your attention to a piece of triangular land opposite to our Buildings no. A4 to A6.
This plot is lying idle for the past 10 years or more and is rotting. People use it to throw garbage and it has become an eye sore.
We request TMC if it can help us by beautifying this piece of land and oblige.
