We want to draw your attention to the massive nationwide advertising campaign unleashed by a company named Ringing Bells Pvt. Ltd.regarding launch of their new Smartphone for a paltry sum of Rs. 251/- only.
We would like to focus on the abnormalities in the offer of 3G Mobile set @ Rs. 251:
1)     FREEDOM 251 a Smartphone copy of ₹251 is nothing but Fraud
2)    It is a recycled Copy of ₹4000 Adcom Ikon 4 phone in fraudulent manner offered at ₹251. Its cheating..
3)    The company Ringing Bells Pvt Ltd is a bogus company formed on 16 September 2015 with  Delhi address paid up capital of few lacs.
4)    The promoter, owner do not have experience, financial networth, land workshop warehouses other infrastructure or finance.
5)    They have not given any details about production, assembling or any resources.
6)    Freedom251 not subsidised nor certified nor registered by any Govt Dept/Agency.
7)    Affordability of Price, Cost, Comparison of Product, Capacity of the Supplier / Advertiser, Method of Assembling / Warehousing / Importing Units… Land… Licenses… Permissions – all needs to be thoroughly checked.
8)    Objective and Aim, purpose behind the offer needs to be studied.
9)    Is it a Collective Investment Scheme? Registered? Ponzy?
10) Background, Financial Status, Structure, Experience, Nature of Business of the Group/ Owners of Ringing Bells Pvt. Ltd.
11) Turnover, Financial Network / Net Worth.
12) Real Product?
13) Real Scheme? Hidden Provisions?
14) Actual Meaning of the offer.
15) How many units they are to sale @ Rs.251/- & how much many to be collected?
16) How many units can be flown in / received / delivered? The ratio / proportion of delivery / assembling of number of units and money being collected?
17) From the response of Shri Ashok Chadha of Ringing Bells that how much cost will be saved due to import / local assembling / online marketing… far from convincing.
18) No where details, information about the experience, capacity, financial viability costing, financial liquidity, net worth, other business, mobile or similar businesses,… made available.
19) I would request GOI, concerned ministries / agencies such as TRAI, Telecom Ministry, Consumer Ministry, SEBI, Corporate Ministry, Finance Ministry, RBI, State Government.. to check above concern expressed by activists / expert and Myself.
20) The past experience of such Offers / Schemes / Ponzy… forced me to draw your attention. If find genuine such nature of business practices may go on.
We would request prompt and immediate study. Prevention is better than Cure.
