Letter to Municipal Commissioner of Thane regarding inauguration of Children's Park

Dear Sir,
Sub: Invitation as Chief Guest for Inauguration of Garden
Saket Complex is situated in Ward no. 49 of Thane Municipal Corporation. The area comprises of 24 buildings and 3 Towers and in all has 850 families residing in the area.
The residents here are quite active and alert to civic problems and have always implemented TMC initiatives in seeking solutions to complex issues.
In fact, Saket Towers was the first society to implement the ‘ZERO GARBAGE PROJECT’ in Thane.
The idea of starting an ALM also manifested in Saket for the first time in Thane, under the guidance of Mrs. Seema Redkar, an officer with the MCGM.
Sir, our Corporator and Standing Committee Chairman, Mr. Milind Patankar has built a beautiful Children’s Park for the benefit of the Children of the area.
This Park has totally changed the look of the area as it is built on a piece of land which initially was rotting and had become a garbage dump. (We are enclosing photos for your perusal).
We plan to inaugurate this Park and also felicitate Mr. Milind Patankar, on Sunday, January 30th, 2011 at 11.30 am and request you to kindly be present as the Chief Guest of the Function.
